The firm was founded by Paul Alexander. Paul structured and negotiated a ground-breaking model which transformed Google’s service delivery platform, winning the annual engineering prize. The model became an open industry standard saving over $1bn. He was subsequently selected to teach negotiation, alongside culture change, to Googlers globally.
Prior to Google he facilitated breakthrough strategy and execution projects for executive teams, was on the team that raised $5bn Wall St funding for a telecoms start-up, developed technology patents and negotiated IP, and ran strategy and investment approvals for a £4bn European telecoms network. He holds a degree in economics and advanced degrees in engineering and international strategy and diplomacy.
